Tile is heavy and made to order, so it travels a little differently than a parcel. Here's exactly what to expect.
Shipping
- Zones we serve
- Same-state local delivery, U.S. domestic, and international. Rates and transit times vary by destination and by the maker fulfilling your order.
- Per-maker freight
- Boxes ship directly from the maker who produced them, so freight is calculated per maker — not per cart.
- Split shipments
- If your order draws from more than one maker, it will arrive in a few shipments. Each one is tracked end to end.
- Free shipping
- Samples always ship free. Box orders may qualify for free freight depending on the maker and quantity — you'll see it at checkout.
- Curbside & LTL deliveries
- Larger orders ship by LTL freight on a pallet. Expect curbside drop-off, a scheduled appointment window, and bring a hand for heavy lifting.
Returns
- 30-day window. Return unused tile within 30 days of delivery.
- 15% restocking fee. Applies to returned box orders.
- Return freight is yours. You cover the cost of shipping tile back to the maker.
- Original packaging. Tile must be unopened and in its original boxes.
- Samples are final sale. They're cut from the actual tile and can't be resold.
Peace of mind
Damage Guarantee
- Inspect before you sign. Check the pallet and boxes while the carrier is still there.
- Report within 5 days. Send us photos of any breakage within five days of delivery.
- We replace breakage. Verified shipping damage is replaced at no cost to you.
