How do I order samples?

Pick the looks you're considering and grab our 5 samples for $5 with free shipping. We hold samples in Austin, TX and ship them in 1–2 days. Start with samples.

Why did my order ship in multiple boxes?

We hold only samples — boxes are assembled and shipped by the makers themselves. If your order draws from more than one maker, it arrives in a few separate shipments, each one fully tracked.

What are the lead times?

Samples ship in 1–2 days. Box orders are made and packed by the maker, so lead times vary by maker and quantity — your confirmation and tracking will reflect the schedule for each shipment.

What's your return policy?

Unused tile can be returned within 30 days, in its original packaging, with a 15% restocking fee and return freight paid by you. Samples are final sale. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

How can I pay?

We accept Card, PayPal, and Zelle at checkout — choose whichever works best for you.

How much tile should I buy?

Measure your total square footage, then add about 10% for cuts, waste, and a few spares for future repairs. When in doubt, round up — re-ordering a matching dye lot later isn't guaranteed.

Do the samples match the boxes?

Yes — samples are cut from the actual tile. Keep in mind that natural and kiln-fired materials vary subtly between dye lots, which is part of their character.

Can I order more samples than five?

Absolutely. Add as many as you like — the 5 for $5 offer is just our most popular starting point. Trade members sample for free.
